The Best of Expo West Giveaway!

by

Hey guys! Exciting news to share. I teamed up with my friend and fellow healthy living blogger Whitney of To Live and Diet in L.A. to bring you a HUGE giveaway: 5 people will win 15 of our favorite foods from Expo West, the Natural Products Expo.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

To enter: just fill out the form at the bottom of the page and make sure to visit Whitney’s blog to see her favorite products.

Expo West showcased over 3,000 of the world’s best natural, organic, and healthy products. Here are my favorites. Everything below is included in the giveaway!

1. Alter Eco Dark Salted Burnt Caramel Organic Chocolate (70%) This one was a no-brainer. It’s crazy good.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

Did I mention it has a “deep salty crunch?” Yeah.

2. SeaSnax STIX Original. Seaweed snacks are on fire right now. Kids love them, adults love them…a Whole Foods I went to even had an entire end cap devoted to them. I’ve even seen kids – asked to choose any snack they wanted – choose sea vegetables with a shark on the front. Enough said.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

Their seaweed is sustainably harvested in Korea. The snack is low in calories (25 for half a pack) and provides a satisfying crunch.

3. Wyman’s of Maine Fresh Frozen Strawberries, Blueberries and Cherries with Kale. I. am. obsessed. Frozen berries and kale are all mixed together in a 3 pound bag, and you just scoop out a cup and throw it into a blender with whatever you want.

4. fishpeople Scrumptious Seafood Entrees. A simple restaurant-quality meal that requires zero cooking skills. Just heat the bag in a pot of boiling water (great for camping) or a microwave. One of the coolest features: enter the code on the back of your pouch into their website for info on the fisherman and farmers who harvested each ingredient inside. Some are higher in fat and sodium than others, so just read the labels.

5. Navitas Naturals Superfood + Cacao Hemp Almonds. Also known rightfully as “chocolate handfuls of goodness.” A mix of sweet and savory, with cacao, hemp seeds, coconut oil, coconut palm sugar and sea salt. Protein, healthy fats, and cacao antioxidants for the win.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

6. Organico Bello Organic Kale Tomato Basil (no sugar added). You’ll be one of the first people to try this pasta sauce if you win the giveaway- it’s not on the shelves yet. I love that the kale is already mixed in for you.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

7. Fage Total 2% with Blood Orange. I know Fage (pronounced fah-yeh) Greek yogurt has been on the market for years, but this new flavor combo is a game changer. While most mix-ins are sweet, the blood orange is sour and tart and makes your mouth pucker in the best way possible.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

8. Pure Organic Vanilla Almond Ancient Grains Bar. I am sad that it took me so long to discover this bar because I love it so much. It’s got a great crunch from the ground almonds and blend of ancient grains like quinoa, crispy brown rice, amaranth and hemp, and just enough vanilla flavor. I grab one for a quick breakfast on-the-go plus coffee with 2% milk. It has 150 calories, 4g protein and 6g sugar.

A Massive Expo West Giveaway!

9. jovial Organic Sourdough Einkorn Crackers. The sourdough flavor is slightly addictive, no matter which of the three flavors (sea salt, tomato basil or rosemary) you choose. While they’re not whole grain, they’re better than a lot of other choices on the market and 18 crackers is just 130 calories and has 3g protein. Einkorn is an ancient grain and not a hybrid wheat and has more protein and less starch than commercial wheat according to their website.

    • Caroline Kaufman Nutrition says

Oh Becca, you’d love them! The sourdough is so good – I think it was Whitney’s favorite flavor too! I love the description of the top of a creme brulee 🙂 It’s a deeper, more intense caramel-salt-chocolate flavor because it’s dark chocolate – really good 🙂
